Fieldtruth Labs

Your website, in step with your filings.

listed.companies

For listed mining and resource companies, from exploration to production, on AIM, the Main Market and US exchanges.

A new study, resource update or financing is announced correctly. Then the website, fact sheet and presentation are updated by hand, later, by someone else, and some of them never are.

What we do

Find every place your published material differs from your latest filings, and fix it, working only from information you have already published.

Where to start

A free check: a two-page note with the source for every line. You keep it whether or not we work together.

What we check

Seven things, each compared with the filing it came from.

Why it matters

On AIM

Rule 26

The AIM Rules require every AIM company to keep a website carrying specified information, kept up to date and showing when it was last updated.

In the wording

Status words carry the meaning

When “non-binding”, “conditional” or “targeted” drops out of a sentence, the sentence claims more than the filing does. The filing’s own words are the safe ones.

In practice

Two versions mean questions

Investors, analysts and journalists read the website as well as the announcements. When the two differ, your team is the one answering for it.

How it runs

01

The check

What the site says, what the filings say, and the source for each line, in a two-page note. Free.

02

The fix

We update the pages and PDFs, or give your team the exact wording to make the changes themselves. You approve every change.

03

The record and the watch

For companies that publish often: one approved record of your figures behind the site and fact sheet, and each new filing read against everything you have published.

What we don’t do

Unpublished information

We work only from what you have already announced. We don’t review draft announcements, which can be inside information under UK MAR.

Regulatory or legal advice

We are not your nominated adviser, broker or lawyer. Wording follows your filings, and questions of disclosure stay with your advisers.

Changes you haven’t approved

Nothing goes live on your site, and nothing is sent to anyone, until you have signed it off.

Start with a check.

Send your company name and ticker, or book a call. The note is free and you keep it.
