How an engagement runs.
Example Minerals plc, its filings and its figures are invented, to show the method and what you receive at each stage. It is not a client and shows no real results.
An AIM-quoted copper developer publishes its definitive feasibility study. The announcement is correct. Twelve weeks later, the website, the fact sheet and the media kit still carry the scoping study.

Where its figures live
Announcements, annual report, investor presentation, website, fact sheet, media kit.
Stage 1 · The check
What we do
Read the latest filings and periodic report, find every place the website states the same facts, and compare them on the same basis. Every quote is confirmed on the live page with a dated screenshot, then checked a second time against the source, in a separate pass, before the note goes out.
What you receive
A two-page note: what the site says, what the filings say, the source for each line, and three fixes your own team can make now. No charge.
| Topic | Website | Filings |
|---|---|---|
| Post-tax NPV (8%) | US$410m | US$585m |
| Initial capex | US$198m | US$312m excl. contingency |
| Ore Reserve | not stated | 31.4 Mt Probable |
| First production | “next year” | “targeted in three years” |
| Offtake | “signed” | “non-binding heads of terms” |
Stage 2 · The record
What we do
Build one record of every figure, date and status the company publishes, in the filings’ own wording, each with its source. Where the company’s own documents disagree, both values go to you to decide. We don’t pick one for you.
What you receive
The approved record, a list of items for you to confirm, and a two-page investor fact sheet generated from it.
| Fact | Value and wording | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Post-tax NPV (8%) DFS announcement, table 1 | US$585m | APPROVED |
| Initial capex DFS announcement, table 1; interim report, note 4 | US$312m (DFS) or US$318m (interim report), excl. contingency | TO CONFIRM |
| Offtake Offtake announcement | “non-binding heads of terms”, subject to financing | APPROVED |
Stage 3 · The site
What we do
Rebuild the investor-facing pages so they read from the record. Project status becomes a dated list, each item in the filing’s wording and linked to its announcement. Content and redirects are carried across.
What you receive
A site that is fast on a phone, accessible and free of tracking without permission, built to a fixed scope and timeline agreed up front.
| When | Milestone | Done |
|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | Definitive feasibility study published | ✓ done |
| Year 1 | Maiden Ore Reserve declared | ✓ done |
| Year 2 | Mining licence application expected | |
| Year 2 | Investment decision targeted | |
| Year 4 | First production targeted |
Stage 4 · The watch
What we do
Read each new filing against the record and everything the company has published. Anything the filing puts out of date is flagged with the new wording, for the company to approve.
What you receive
An alert after each filing, the record and site updated once you approve, and site maintenance in the same monthly service.
- record · first production “targeted in three years” → “targeted in four years”
- /project · status list · add “financing package assembled”
- fact-sheet.pdf · cash US$31m → US$24m at 30 June
